HosterShip does not retain credit card details. We utilize third-party payment processors who furnish us with a token. If you remove a card from your account, we ensure its removal from the third-party provider and obliterate any records of the token.
In rare instances, we may need to dispatch announcements strictly related to service. Additionally, we may inform you of special offers and service updates via our newsletter, and extend greetings on special occasions. You have the option to modify your communication preferences within the My Profile section of your Portal (https://portal.hostership.com).

Cancellations and Refund Policy
A refund for a Shared Web Hosting product or service can be requested within the initial 30 days following activation.
However, a full refund is not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Prepaid terms longer than one month.
- Domain registration.
- Discounted plans.
- Products purchased using a promo code.
- Requests made after 30 days from the initial activation date.
- Requests made without a valid reason.
The discontinuation of a service or product provided by Hostership is officially termed as “Cancellation.” The customer acknowledges that a cancellation request can be initiated at any time by either submitting the request through the Client Dashboard or by opening a ticket within our Billing Department.
Throughout the cancellation procedure of a product or service, Hostership will make efforts to address the reason behind the cancellation request if it has been provided, acting in the best interests of the client. If the product or service no longer meets the customer’s requirements, Hostership will proceed in accordance with our Terms of Service policy.
Terms of Services
The subsequent Terms of Services, inclusive of any Added Terms and Policies (referred to as “ToS,” “Terms,” or “Agreement” collectively), constitute the comprehensive legal understanding between yourself and HosterShip concerning your utilization of our website (https://portal.hostership.com), encompassing all its subdomains, supplementary top-level domains, and mobile applications. Additionally, this Agreement covers any products, services, and information supplied by HosterShip (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Before making a purchase of a service from us, it is imperative that you affirm and acknowledge having read, comprehended, and consented to our Terms of Service (Terms of Use) by confirming the requisite checkbox. Additionally, it’s important to note the specifics regarding domain charges:
– Offer Domains Auth Code: Not available before the first year.
– During 1st year charges are ‘4000 PKR’
This Agreement takes precedence and supersedes any prior agreements concerning the subject matter discussed herein. All previous agreements in this regard are null and void, having no further influence or impact.
Prohibited Clients (Countries, Regions, Entities, and Individuals)
We do not extend service purchases, client account creation, support service, affiliate service, or chat services to clients falling under the prohibited category. Prohibited clients are entities associated with countries, regions, or individuals restricted by specific governments due to trade, legal, or economic sanctions.
Moreover, unless expressly permitted in writing, HosterShip refrains from registering and disallows the utilization of our services in conjunction with any Country-Code Top Level Domain Name (“ccTLD”) linked to sanctioned countries or regions.
Renewal Policy
During hosting renewal, the domain (.com) will be offered for free.
However, please consider the following:
- The hosting account will be deactivated one month before renewal.
- A server maintenance fee of $8.99/- (2600 PKR) will be applied upon renewal.
- Renewal charges for domains other than (.com) will be different.
Violation of our Terms, Conditions, or Policies
The following terms are employed in our Terms of Service, supplementary agreements, policies, and on our website:
– “Us,” “We,” “Our,” “HosterShip,” or “The Company” are used in reference to HosterShip, the owner of this Website and the services it offers.
– “Visitor”: Refers to an individual or a robot browsing our website without being officially registered as a “customer” of our services.
– “Member,” “Customer”: Denotes an individual who has completed the registration process on our website and is using or has used our “service”.
– “User”: A collective term encompassing visitors to our website and members of our services.
– “Service”: Encompasses functionality, web hosting products, or additional services designed to serve the purposes of web hosting technology.
– “Content”: Refers to static resources, including but not limited to text, information, graphics, audio, video, and any form of data.
Service Level Agreement
The terms laid out in this Service Level Agreement (also known as ToS or Agreement) are valid for all services provided by Hostership to our customers, which includes both clients and users. When you purchase any Web Hosting or Additional service offered by Hostership, you are explicitly agreeing to these Terms of Service.
Account Eligibility
All services provided by Hostership are exclusively intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or above. By engaging with our services through a purchase, you affirm that you are eighteen (18) years old or older. Unauthorized usage by individuals under eighteen (18) is a violation of our Terms.
In the event our services are utilized on behalf of another entity, you confirm and assure that you possess the legal authority to bind said entity to our Terms of Service. Failure to demonstrate the required legal authority may result in accountability in accordance with our Terms of Service.
You commit and assure that all information provided during the service purchase process, including name (or company name), address, phone number, email address, and billing information, is accurate, up-to-date, and complete as required on the order form.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You acknowledge and consent to the fact that HosterShip services are exclusively intended for lawful purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, and rules while utilizing our services. We retain the right to deactivate any materials that contravene our Terms.
The subsequent categories of content are regarded as prohibited, and you are strictly forbidden from utilizing HosterShip services to store or publish such content, which includes links to third-party services:
- Sensitive Personal Information
- Content Infringing Intellectual Property
- Pirate Software, Warez, Torrent Trackers, etc.
- Phishing and Malicious Content (Viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms, etc.)
- Distribution of Controlled Substances, Drugs, and Prescription Medications
- Encouragement of Violence, Terrorism, Hatred for Particular Social, Ethnical, or Religious Groups
- Bulk, Spamming and Mail spoofing activities
- Denial of service attacks and port scans
- Audio and video streaming
- Anonymous proxy server
- Crypto pools, mining scripts, etc.
- Hacking/cracking related activities
The personal information collected during the registration process is used for account creation and is regarded as ownership details for all services linked to the account. By using our services, you consent and authorize us to utilize and share your personal information with third parties to ensure compliance and validate your billing information for order completion.
All orders placed at Hostership are subject to Security Scans. If an order triggers any of our security rules, it will undergo manual review by our Order Verification team. If the invoice is canceled due to security reasons, no payment will be processed. In such instances, you will be notified via email, and we may request additional information to activate the requested service. We retain the right to deny service or request additional information if the verification process is not successful.
Upon successful payment, the service specified in your order is considered active. Hostership ensures instant account activation for services advertised as such. For services such as Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers that necessitate manual interaction and/or custom setup, prompt handling will be ensured. A service is confirmed as available only after you receive written confirmation from Hostership.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
- Resource Usage
- Our Shared Hosting Services involve providing web space on our servers for uploading pages and files to publish websites.
- The Shared Hosting Services offer ‘unlimited’ server space for normal routine web usage, excluding file distribution.However, for websites allowing file downloads (video, audio, etc.), we may impose a bandwidth limit of two hundred and fifty (250) gigabytes per calendar month.
- Usage not involving file distribution remains unaffected by any limit imposed on downloading files.
- While using the Shared Hosting Services (except when utilizing your own virtual private server), you may not:
a. Utilize more than 10% of our platform’s processing capacity. Activities such as CGI scripts and intensive FTP, PHP, or HTTP operations can cause issues.
b. Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes or any daemons, including IRCd.
c. Run any type of web spider or indexer.
d. Run any software that interfaces with an Internet Relay Chat network.
e. Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. You may link to legal torrent files off-site but not host or store them on our servers.
f. Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities.
g. Run any gaming servers.
h. Run entries or other scheduled tasks except by configuring them through our control panel.
i. Give away web space under a domain (including Resellers giving away free websites).
j. Operate a proxy website or service.
k. Function as a remote file host for other websites.
l. Operate self-hosted file sync or similar “cloud storage” based services, including OwnCloud, Pydio, and Sparkleshare. - You must not use the Hosting Services as an offsite backup facility. All files uploaded to our servers must be visible and accessible to the outside world unless needed to operate the website, in which case they must be web-visible. We reserve the right to delete non-web-visible files or directories without notice.
- All website pages stored on our servers as part of the Hosting Services will be available to search engines unless you take action to prevent this. If you wish to optimize your web pages for search engines, you agree to use coding and techniques that comply fully with the guidelines issued by major search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
- MySQL Databases are limited to 1024 megabytes in size, and we will notify you when they reach this size.
- If you are a Reseller and deactivate a resold web hosting account, we will delete it after 50 days.
- Prohibited Uses
- You may use the Hosting Services only for lawful purposes and not for:
a. Any activity that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
b. Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
c. Harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
d. Sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, using, or reusing any material that does not comply with our content standards.
e. Transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (SPAM) or any other form of similar solicitation.
f. Knowingly transmitting any data, sending, or uploading any material that contains harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect computer software or hardware. - Content Standards
1. These content standards apply to all material hosted through the Hosting Services and any associated interactive services.
2. Material must be accurate (where they state facts), genuinely held (where they state opinions), and comply with applicable laws in the UK and any country from which they are posted.
3. Material must not:
a. Contain defamatory material about any person.
b. Include obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory content.
c. Be pornographic in nature.
d. Promote violence.
e. Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
f. Infringe any copyright, database right, or trademark of any other person.
g. Be likely to deceive any person.
h. Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
i. Promote any illegal activity.
j. Be threatening, abusive, invasive of another’s privacy, or cause annoyance or needless anxiety.
k. Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
l. Be used to impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
m. Give the impression that they emanate from us if this is not the case.
n. Advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act. - Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
1. We have a zero tolerance policy against unsolicited email, bulk emailing, and spam. We may terminate the account of any user who sends spam with or without notice.
2. Websites advertised as spam may not be hosted on our servers. Any user account resulting in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated.
3. Hostership reserves the right to require changes or disable any website, account, database, or component that does not comply with our policy.
4. Hostership reserves the right to charge the account holder for any charges incurred for blacklist removal at our sole discretion. - Reselling
You commit to the following terms regarding reselling:
a. Do not resell or offer any portion of our Hosting Services to third parties unless you have purchased a specific Reseller product.
b. Do not, without authorization, engage in any of the following activities: i. Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Hosting Services. ii. Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any equipment or network used to provide the Hosting Services. iii. Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any software used in the provision of the Hosting Services. iv. Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any equipment, network, or software owned or used by any third party.
c. If you deactivate a resold Hosting Service for 50 consecutive days, we will automatically delete this Hosting Service.
d. You are responsible for maintaining your Reseller Service in good order. You agree to remove files and Hosting Services that are no longer needed.
- Suspension and Termination
1. We will determine whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of the Hosting Services. Breach of this policy may result in actions such as immediate withdrawal of your right to use the Hosting Services, removal of any Material uploaded to our servers, or legal proceedings. - Changes to Our Acceptable Use Policy
1. We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page. Check this page periodically to take notice of any changes, as they are legally binding.
Other Policies
The primary domain of the Startup Plan is non-modifiable.
Hosting packages will be removed from the server after the expiry date. We are responsible for clients’ data until the expiry date.
Hosting packages will be removed from the server every 72 hours if the primary domain is not using HosterShip nameservers.
Renewal charges for hosting packages will remain consistent each year. Any alterations will be notified to the client at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Domain registration/renewal charges are subject to change at any time. HosterShip reserves the right to modify domain prices without prior notice.
One .com domain is provided for free with all hosting packages for the first year. Upon renewal, the domain will be charged at the regular price.
.com domains cannot be renewed after the expiry date. If a client wishes to renew after expiry through us, the charge will be $19.99/- (6000 PKR) (cost may differ based on USD rates from registrars).
Clients have the freedom to use unlimited features within the limits of their hosting package, except for free domains (.tk, .ga, .cf, etc.), which are not allowed to be hosted on the server.
In case of policy violation, HosterShip retains the right to suspend the client’s account and impose charges for policy violations.
